University Honors Promotes a Living Learning Community
University Honors Program students take classes together, establish study groups, participate in extracurricular UHP activities, and form lasting friendships. Participating in the Honors Living Learning Community (Honors LLC) furthers the development of this camaraderie by housing UHP students together. This provides additional educational, civic, and social opportunities that enhance your college experience.
UHP students may request to be housed with other UHP students when completing the Housing Application. If you have applied to the UHP and would like to be considered for the Honors Living Learning Community, select the Honors LLC on your Housing Application. When applying for on-campus housing, you may request to live in the residence hall of your choice.
The Honors Living Learning Community was once primarily located in the Rendezvous Hall, however, with the increased number of students choosing to live in Rendezvous, availability is limited. UHP students may be housed in any of the four ISU residence halls.
Please Note: Students admitted to the Honors Program are not required to participate in Honors LLC and are not automatically placed in Rendezvous Hall. Students intending to live on-campus must apply for University Housing.
**Apply to housing early as limited space is available.**
